Cyberpunk 2077 is $17.99 on Steam, 70% off, and the discount ends at 1 p.m. Central today. It was the same price in our October 14 radar, so this is the tail end of a sale that has run for two weeks.
Everything else on today’s list has more time. BioShock Infinite is $7.49 on Steam and holds the highest Metascore on the board, and Monster Hunter Rise is $3.40 on Green Man Gaming, 91% off its $39.99 Steam price. Three games are free right now, and one more Epic title is about to join them for nothing.
Free right now
- Sker Ritual: free on the Epic Games Store through Thursday, October 29 at 10 a.m. Central. Epic describes it as a round-based co-op survival FPS and a spin-off to the British horror Maid of Sker, playable solo or with up to four people. Normally $24.99. Claim it
- Home – A Unique Horror Adventure: free on the Epic Games Store through the same window. A murder mystery in a pixel-art world where you decide what ultimately happens. Normally $4.99. Claim it
- The Green Light: free on itch.io through October 29, and the developer’s own page says “FREE FOR 7 DAYS”. A first-person horror game about Fred, a man stuck in a dead-end job whose life changes one late night. Normally $9.99. Claim it
We flagged both of these in our October 15 free games post, and both are still live.
Best deals today
- Cyberpunk 2077: ~~$59.99~~ $17.99 on Steam (-70%). CD Projekt Red’s Night City RPG holds 86 on Metacritic, and this is the last day at that price. Ends today at 1 p.m. Central.
- BioShock Infinite: ~~$29.99~~ $7.49 on Steam (-75%). Irrational Games’ 2013 shooter scores 94 on Metacritic, the best on this list, and 91% of its 47,587 Steam reviews are positive.
- MONSTER HUNTER RISE: ~~$39.99~~ $3.40 at Green Man Gaming (-91%). Capcom’s 2022 hunt scores 88 on Metacritic, and it is the newest game here apart from Resident Evil Requiem.
- Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: ~~$9.99~~ $2.25 at Green Man Gaming (-77%). Ubisoft’s Sam Fisher game is 93 on Metacritic, and Steam’s own description calls it the game that propelled the genre to cult status.
- Resident Evil Requiem: ~~$69.99~~ $48.99 on Steam (-30%). Capcom’s February 2026 Resident Evil sits at 92 on Metacritic, and a third off a release this new is rare. Ends Tuesday, November 3 at noon Central.
- The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series: ~~$49.99~~ $4.99 on Steam (-90%). All four seasons plus 400 Days and Michonne, over 50 hours across 23 episodes, with 97% of 13,899 Steam reviews positive. Ends Thursday, November 5 at noon Central.
- Frostpunk: ~~$29.99~~ $3.69 at Green Man Gaming (-88%). 11 bit studios calls it the first society survival game, with 84 on Metacritic. You run the last city on Earth and decide who gets to live through the winter.
- Super Meat Boy: ~~$14.99~~ $1.19 on Steam (-92%). Team Meat’s 2010 platformer holds 90 on Metacritic, and a dollar nineteen is a cheap way to fix a 2010 platformer backlog.
- Tomb Raider: Anniversary: ~~$8.99~~ $0.98 on Steam (-89%). The 2007 remake of Lara Croft’s original adventure, rebuilt on the Tomb Raider: Legend engine, 77 on Metacritic. Pairs neatly with our Tomb Raider 30th anniversary story.
- This War of Mine: ~~$19.99~~ $2.46 at Green Man Gaming (-88%). You are not a soldier in this one. You are a group of civilians trying to survive a besieged city on food, medicine and snipers. 83 on Metacritic.
Green Man Gaming is a Steam-key reseller, so those prices are keys you activate in Steam rather than separate storefront copies.
Take all ten and the basket costs $93.43 against $333.90 of list prices, a 72% cut. For example, the average game here is $9.34 instead of $33.39, and five of the ten cost less than $3.50.
The shape of today’s list is the usual one. The deep cuts sit on older games, and the only game released this year in the batch is Resident Evil Requiem at 30% off. For example, the nine older titles together cost $44.44 against $263.91 of list prices, an 83% cut, while Requiem on its own is $48.99, more than all nine combined. If you are filling out a back catalog this week, that ratio is the story. We could not confirm that any of these are all-time lows, so read each percentage as today’s price rather than a record.

- Sorry We’re Closed: $17.49 on the Epic Games Store, down from $24.99. Epic’s own listing already has it queued to go free from Thursday, October 29 at 10 a.m. Central through November 5, so $17.49 today buys you a game you can pick up for nothing next week. It is a story-driven survival horror game about demons and angels, and it is worth waiting for.
Prices are US store prices checked on October 26. Confirm the deal is still live before checkout.
Correction (October 26, 2026): We originally described The Green Light as a game about a house and dated the deep cuts to 2003-2018; it follows Fred in a dead-end job and several of the cuts are newer.
