PAYDAY: Aces High: Release Date, Platforms, Editions and Latest News

PAYDAY: Aces High is a VR co-op heist game for up to four players from Fast Travel Games. It launches on Thursday, November 5, 2026 on Meta Quest, PC VR through Steam and Valve’s Steam Frame for $24.99. There is no PlayStation VR2 date and no Xbox version, so the three launch versions are the whole list.

Key dates

Fast Travel Games’ release date trailer states it plainly: PAYDAY: Aces High launches November 5 on Meta Quest, SteamVR and Steam Frame for $24.99, and the developer’s own news page says “Coming Nov 5, 2026 to Meta Quest 3 & SteamVR!” The Steam Frame is not a separate purchase. When the developer added support for that headset in August, it said the game on Steam Frame “is the same version on the Steam store as the SteamVR version”, so one Steam copy covers both.

What the three versions mean for you

Meta Quest and Steam can share matchmaking, because the Steam store page lists cross-platform multiplayer as one of the game’s features and Quest is the only other platform it ships on. Fast Travel Games has not published a crossplay FAQ, and the two stores do not share a purchase, so a crew split across a headset and a PC rig needs one copy per side.

The Meta Store listing is also narrower than most people expect. Its supported-platform line names the Quest 3 and the Quest 3S, so the Quest 2 is not on that list. The crews most likely to care about crossplay are the ones split across hardware, such as a friend on a Quest and the rest of the group on PC rigs.

Our PAYDAY: Aces High release time guide has the launch hour in every time zone, and our PC VR requirements guide has the hardware list.

Start here

We compared Steam’s store page, Fast Travel Games’ official Aces High page and the Meta Store listing on November 1, 2026, and pulled every date, price and platform into the tables above. Two numbers decide most of these questions. The launch price is $24.99 on both stores, and the 10% loyalty discount for PAYDAY 1, 2 and 3 owners is the only discount the developer has published in writing, and it runs on Steam until December 31, 2026. The launch hour is the softer one. Steam’s countdown says 14:00 UTC, the Meta Store listing stamps the release four hours later, and Fast Travel Games has never published a single hour covering both stores. The release time guide treats Steam’s countdown as the moment to plan around and tells Quest players to be early.
