Quick answer
- Buy the Standard Edition if you want CRYMELIGHT and nothing else. It is $17.99 on Nintendo Switch 2 and $19.99 on PlayStation 5.
- Buy the Deluxe Edition for two extra weapons, an item set, three accessories, an 80-page artbook and a soundtrack: $35.99 on Switch 2, $39.99 on PlayStation 5.
- Only Japan gets a physical copy. Furyu sells a limited “Tea Party BOX” at ¥9,980 and a standard package version at ¥3,980, and no US physical release is listed.
- PC buyers should wait. Steam has the store page and the demo, but the PC price is not published yet.
How much does CRYMELIGHT cost?
CRYMELIGHT is a single-player roguelike action game from Furyu, and it ships in two digital editions on the three platforms it comes to.
| Edition | Nintendo Switch 2 | PlayStation 5 | PC (Steam) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $17.99 | $19.99 | Price not published yet |
| Deluxe | $35.99 | $39.99 | Price not published yet |
The Nintendo eShop listing and PlayStation Store page both list a pre-order, and both put the release on November 4 in the US. Furyu’s official site lists the Japan date as November 5, 2026 (JST) and prices the same thing in yen: ¥2,980 for the download Standard and ¥5,980 for the download Deluxe on Switch 2 and PlayStation 5, with ¥6,273 on Steam.
A few other facts from the official pages while you are choosing. It is single-player, the recommended play time is 20 to 30 hours, and the supported languages are Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean, with the last three only on Steam. The rating is CERO C in Japan and ESRB Teen (“Blood, Language, Violence”) in the US, and Nintendo lists the download at 5.9 GB.
What does the CRYMELIGHT Deluxe Edition add?
The Deluxe bundles the game with a six-item DLC set and an art-and-sound app. Nintendo’s Deluxe listing and Steam’s store page itemize it:
- CRYMELIGHT – 6-Item DLC Set
- Weapon “Aquamarine Emotions”
- Weapon “E.V.E”
- Item Set “Afternoon Tea”
- Accessory “Cheshire’s Sin”
- Accessory “Mad’s Sin”
- Accessory “March’s Sin”
- CRYMELIGHT – Art & Sound App
- Digital Artbook “Partygoers’ Memoirs”, 80 pages
- Digital Special Album: Special Soundtrack (11 tracks) and Special Voice Drama (3 tracks)
For example, the DLC set gives you two more weapons to build runs with, an “Afternoon Tea” item set, and three accessories named after Cheshire, Mad and March.
The Steam version of the Deluxe is not identical. Steam lists the same six-item set and the same 80-page artbook, but pairs them with a Complete Soundtrack of 30 tracks instead of the 11-track special album, plus the three Special Voice Drama episodes. Furyu’s own site flags the difference in a footnote and adds that Steam’s complete digital soundtrack can also be bought on its own. The voice drama is Japanese-only in every version, and Furyu warns that the third episode spoils the ending.
What pre-order bonus does each store give you?
The pre-order bonus is an accessory, and which one depends on where you buy:
- Nintendo Store: Accessory “Red Pouch”
- PlayStation Store: Accessory “Blue Ticket”
Furyu’s official site lists no separate Steam pre-order bonus. Nintendo’s page sets the deadline for its bonus at 23:59 JST on November 4, 2026, and the eShop pre-order sale ends at 02:59 p.m. UTC that day.
Will CRYMELIGHT have a physical copy?
In Japan, yes. Furyu’s Japanese product page sells a package version of the standard edition at ¥3,980 (¥4,378 with tax) and a limited “Tea Party BOX” at ¥9,980 (¥10,978 with tax). The BOX adds an original artbook, “Partygoers’ Memoirs”, and a two-disc special album CD, and Japanese shops hang extras off it: a clear file at Amazon.co.jp and at GEO, with more retailer gifts listed for the BOX.
There is no US physical release in the plan. Furyu’s English site links only the Nintendo Store, the PlayStation Store and Steam, and Nintendo’s US store lists CRYMELIGHT as a digital-only title.
Can I play CRYMELIGHT before it launches?
Yes, the demo is free. Steam offers “CRYMELIGHT Demo” while the full game sits behind a coming-soon notice, and the PlayStation Store lists a free “CRYMELIGHT – DEMO”. Nintendo’s eShop page does not list one. Furyu has run the demo through Steam Next Fest, alongside ANOMALITH in the same showcase, and said the festival would be its last pre-release event.

Which edition should you buy?
- Standard on Switch 2, $17.99: the cheapest way to play the game, and the pre-order bonus comes with it.
- Standard on PlayStation 5, $19.99: the same content, two dollars more, and the “Blue Ticket” bonus instead of the “Red Pouch”.
- Deluxe, $35.99 on Switch 2 or $39.99 on PlayStation 5: worth it if the artbook and soundtrack matter to you. It also saves hunting for the two extra weapons and three accessories later.
- The physical route: only worth it for collectors in Japan. Import fees and shipping eat the difference between ¥9,980 and a $35.99 download.
There is no Xbox version, so there is no Game Pass edition to think about, and the PlayStation Store listing does not put CRYMELIGHT in a PS Plus tier.
We compared the three official store listings against Furyu’s Japanese price list. The step up from Standard to Deluxe costs $18 on Switch 2 and $20 on PlayStation 5, and in Japan it costs ¥3,000 (¥5,980 against ¥2,980). For what that buys, six DLC items, an 80-page artbook and a soundtrack, the Switch 2 copy of the Deluxe is the cheaper of the two US editions, and it also carries the smaller gap between the two price tiers. The other thing the price list makes clear is that CRYMELIGHT is a budget release on every platform. That fits a game Furyu says reached 77,700 Steam wishlists on October 20, and one it is promoting with three launch-day collaborations.
CRYMELIGHT arrives on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and PC in the US on November 4. Our CRYMELIGHT game page tracks it, and the launch is on our release calendar.
