Quick answer
- Buy the Standard Edition ($49.99) if you want ANOMALITH and nothing else. Every pre-order bonus we found comes with it, on every store.
- Buy the Digital Deluxe Edition ($69.99) for three extra weapons, three extra outfits, an 80-page digital art book and a mini soundtrack, all inside the same download.
- On PlayStation, the Deluxe is the only edition with early access. Furyu’s official site lists 48 hours of early access as a PlayStation Store Digital Deluxe bonus.
- PC buyers should wait for the price. Steam has the store page live but still says the game is not available for purchase, so the PC number is the one thing not out yet.
How much does ANOMALITH cost?
Furyu sells ANOMALITH in two digital editions, and the same two on all three platforms it ships on: PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC (Steam).
| Edition | PlayStation 5 | Nintendo Switch 2 | PC (Steam) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $49.99, or $44.99 with the current pre-order discount | $49.99 | Price not published yet |
| Digital Deluxe | $69.99, or $62.99 with the current pre-order discount | $69.99 | Price not published yet |
The PlayStation Store listing is the only one showing a launch discount right now. It strikes $49.99 through to $44.99 and $69.99 through to $62.99, which is 10% off each, and it carries a free ANOMALITH demo alongside. Nintendo’s store pages hold the full $49.99 and $69.99 with no discount, and Steam’s page says the game is not yet available for purchase, with the demo to download in the meantime.
ANOMALITH arrives on October 28, 2026 in the US on PlayStation and Switch 2, and Steam lists the same day. Furyu’s Japanese site gives the Japan release as October 29, 2026. It is single-player everywhere, rated CERO C in Japan and “Language, Violence” by the ESRB, and Nintendo lists Japanese and American English support with a 14.6 GB download.
Anomaly Zones are the twisted pockets of space where the game’s abnormal phenomena occur, in Furyu’s description, and a Diver has to clear one, choose what to carry back and get out alive.
What does the Digital Deluxe Edition add?
The Deluxe is a bundle of the main game plus extras, and Nintendo’s listing and Steam itemize the same set:
- Digital Art Book, 80 pages
- Digital Select Mini-Soundtrack
- Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office DLC Set:
- “Armed Schoolgirl” Outfit Triple Combo (three sets, including two color variations)
- Weapon: Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle
- Weapon: Double-Barreled Shotgun
- Weapon: Prototype Handgun
- Consumable Item Set “Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office Set” (sedatives, 3,000 OV, sniper rifle ammo, shotgun shells, handgun ammo and a Shooting Chip)
For example, the Deluxe adds a Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle, a Double-Barreled Shotgun and a Prototype Handgun, and none of those three appear in the Standard edition’s contents.
Two things worth knowing. The art book and the soundtrack arrive as apps you open on the platform you bought them on, so a Switch 2 copy stays on Switch 2. And Furyu’s list adds no new mission or story to the Deluxe: the extra weapons are real additions to your loadout, but the set is items rather than a second campaign.
What do the pre-order bonuses include, and does the Deluxe unlock early?
Furyu splits the pre-order bonuses by store, and the common pack comes with either edition:
Every store, either edition:
- “Lost Property Control Organization” collab side mission, called “Contradictory Otherworld Response” on Steam’s listing
- The same collab’s costume set
- Collab probe/drone skin “T-6407J”
- Consumable Item Set “Development Materials Set” (2 Linked Tiles, 2 Advanced Surreal Firearm Parts, 2 Warning Pagers)
PlayStation Store only: the “Powered Suit Blue” outfit set plus the Anomaly Investigator Set (A). Nintendo eShop only: the “Casual Punk Red” outfit set plus the Anomaly Investigator Set (B). On Steam, the bonus pack runs from October 29 to November 11, 2026 (JST).
Nintendo sets a hard deadline: the bonus applies to purchases made by 23:59 JST on October 28, 2026, which is release day in Japan. Pre-order on Switch 2 rather than buying on the day.
Early access is a PlayStation bonus. Furyu’s official site lists 48 hours of early access as a PlayStation Store Digital Deluxe Edition extra, and the Standard edition does not carry it. Neither Nintendo nor Steam lists an early-access window for either edition. The store pages give a date but no clock time, so the exact hour the Deluxe opens up isn’t published.
Will ANOMALITH have a physical copy?
There is a physical edition, but it is a Japan-only release. Furyu’s official site sells a package version (パッケージ版) alongside the download version through Amazon.co.jp and other Japanese retailers. It also lists a limited “Anomaly Zone Countermeasures Office BOX” with the original drawn box, the 80-page art book, the select mini soundtrack and the same DLC set the Digital Deluxe carries.
No US physical edition is on the schedule. Furyu’s English site links only the PlayStation Store, the Nintendo eShop and Steam, and Nintendo’s US store lists ANOMALITH as a digital-only release.
Can I play ANOMALITH before it launches?
Yes, the demo is free on Steam and PlayStation. Steam’s page offers “Download ANOMALITH Demo” while the full game sits behind the coming-soon notice, and PlayStation’s listing carries a free demo product too. Nintendo’s store page does not list one.
Furyu’s demo update notes say that clearing the demo lets you develop one of the three “Armed Schoolgirl” outfit sets, which are a Digital Deluxe exclusive bonus. A small taste of the pack for anyone who finishes it, and a reason to try before you spend $70.
Is ANOMALITH on Game Pass or PS Plus?
Neither. ANOMALITH ships on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC, so there is no Xbox version and nothing to join on Game Pass. On PlayStation it is a full-price release, and Furyu’s listings do not put it in the PS Plus catalog at launch.
Which edition should you buy?
- Standard, $49.99: the right call for most people. You get the whole game plus every pre-order bonus, and the bonuses are the same on the $69.99 edition.
- Digital Deluxe, $69.99: worth it if you want three extra weapons to build loadouts with, the art book and the soundtrack, and you would rather have one download than anything extra to unlock later.
- Digital Deluxe on PlayStation: the only version with 48 hours of early access, and the only store currently discounting the pre-order.
- PC: wait. The Steam price is not published yet, and Furyu says a bundle with Peripeteia lands on October 29 with an extra 10% off the launch sale prices, per its October 22 countdown post.
We priced both editions against the three official store listings. The Deluxe costs $20 more and adds an 80-page art book, a mini soundtrack, three outfits and three weapons, while the four-item pre-order pack comes with the $49.99 version too. The one thing the Deluxe adds that isn’t an item is the 48 hours of early access. Furyu’s site ties that to the PlayStation Store version alone, so on Switch 2 or PC the extra $20 buys content rather than time. With the game already past 120,000 Steam wishlists, according to Furyu’s October 20 announcement, the audience for the DLC pack is bigger than it looks on the store page.
ANOMALITH arrives on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Our ANOMALITH game page tracks the release, and we covered the free demo in our Steam Next Fest story. The launch also sits on our release calendar.
