Anno 117: Pax Romana‘s Dawn of the Delta expansion is out now, adding the Aegyptus province to Ubisoft’s Roman city-builder. The Ubisoft Store lists a November 5, 2026 release, and the expansion is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC through the Ubisoft Store, Steam and the Epic Games Store, and is included in Ubisoft+ subscriptions.

It costs $24.99 and needs the base game, which launched in November 2025. To pull people through the door, Ubisoft is running a free weekend for the base game on PlayStation, Xbox and Ubisoft Connect through November 9, and the standard edition is listed 40% off at $35.99 instead of $59.99.

Aegyptus is a desert province built around the river delta. In Ubisoft’s launch trailer, the studio says you can build on desert land, master the floods to reap bountiful harvests, and decide whether to govern the local Aegyptians or Graeco-Romans, unlocking technology and military units that exist only in this province. There is a raider to deal with and a project to restore the Great Pyramids for the glory of Rome.

Ubisoft calls it the third and largest expansion of Year 1, and has not announced what comes next for Anno 117.
