Stage Tour is RedOctane Games’ rhythm-action game, and it launches on December 10, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, according to the official FAQ. The digital game is $39.99 on Steam, and the PlayStation Store lists it at $39.99 / €39.99 / £34.99 with a 10% discount for PS Plus members during the digital pre-order, according to RedOctane’s own pre-order post.

The shipping windows come from RedOctane’s October 29 community update, which says delivery adds another 2-10 business days after a parcel ships.

What is confirmed
- More than 90 licensed songs at launch, 180+ guitars and 50+ bandmates, with more songs planned as DLC after release (Steam store page).
- Six ways to play: Lead, Groove, Drums, Vocals, Arcade 4-Lane and Arcade 5-Lane. No instrument controller is required; a gamepad or gaming keyboard works.
- Four core modes at launch: Quickplay, Judgements, Karaoke and Tour. The Steam page also advertises five modes, including the roguelite Tour Mode.
- Up to four players, locally, online or cross-platform, mixing guitar, bass, drums, vocals and Arcade (official pre-order page).
- Free gameplay updates, plus a plan for four major expansions or events a year and song packs in between, with individual songs sold separately and licensing periods of around ten years.
- PC specs: a 20 GB install and a minimum of 8 GB RAM with an Intel HD 4000 or AMD Radeon R5 230. Valve has published no Steam Deck verdict yet.
Physical copies
Every PS5 game and hardware bundle includes a disc of Stage Tour, so it needs a PS5 with a disc drive. RedOctane also sells PS5 hardware-only bundles for digital PS5 and PS5 Pro owners, who then buy the digital game separately.
What this means for you
The $39.99 digital game is the cheap way in, and you can start on a plain gamepad or keyboard on day one. Bring a Rock Band or Guitar Hero controller if you have one: PC has the widest legacy support of any platform, though many models need the official dongle. If you are buying hardware, the guitar bundles still ship in the December 1-10 window; drum kits and band bundles have moved to December 11-31, after launch.
