SCREW IT, a 4-8 player voice-chat party game from Japanese two-person studio 352 Interactive, will ship on PC (Steam) in Q4 2026, according to the studio’s official announcement and the game’s English Steam store page. Denfaminicogamer reported the announcement on October 12, 2026, a week after 352 Interactive posted the official gameplay trailer on X.

In SCREW IT players sit in a 1980s TV quiz-show studio, with a CRT monitor, a big red button, a cash counter and a phone on the desk. A prompt flashes up (“How many capital cities can you name in 30 seconds?” or “How many dog breeds?”), and each player bids a number they think they can hit. Anyone can keep raising the bid. The first player to slam the red button locks it in, and that person has to walk to the stage mic and actually do it while the rest of the lobby judges the result. Hit it too low and your friend makes it look easy. Push it too high and you are the one on stage fumbling through capitals. The button yell, in case you are wondering, is “SİKTİR”.

Miss your claim and you wear a penalty for the next couple of rounds: a helium voice, a giant head or a pixelated face. Side bets let the audience back or oppose the contestant, and sabotage cards make the stage harder. Every few rounds the set flips into a multiplayer arcade, with basketball shots, whack-a-mole, and one-on-one volleyball for the final.

The developer describes the game as voice-first on the Steam page. Mics are required, there is nothing to type, and matches are built to run 20 to 30 minutes with 1,050 questions across regional packs.

Can you play it in English?

Yes. The Steam store page is written in English from top to bottom, and the gameplay is voice-driven, so the only text on screen are the prompt cards and the showman dialogue. Denfaminicogamer notes that Japanese interface and subtitle support is also included, but the announcement was framed for a Japanese audience first. There is no separate Western release date, and the Q4 2026 window is the global one. SCREW IT is a PC (Steam) exclusive when it ships.

The official trailer is on 352 Interactive’s X post and the studio says the game is made by a two-person team, with AI used only for some of the voice lines.
