Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has a day-one pack on sale, and Activision says 100% of its net proceeds from it go to veterans. C.O.D.E. is the Call of Duty Endowment, the charity that receives the money, and it helps veterans in the U.S. and U.K. find meaningful employment after their service. The pack, the C.O.D.E. Valor Pack, is listed in the Call of Duty Store.

It was built with Kyle Carpenter, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran whom Activision describes as the youngest living Medal of Honor recipient. The store listing says the pack was “created in close collaboration” with him, and Activision says its details draw on his service and recovery. Carpenter’s own words from the campaign: “Sacrifice is a duty. Resilience is a choice.”

Activision is telling that story in public. Forged in Valor is a three-part series on the Call of Duty blog about the making of the pack. Episode 1, “The Man Behind the Medal,” follows how he came to serve and a defining moment of extraordinary courage. Episode 2, “Built to Endure,” covers the years-long journey of recovery that followed, after he shielded a fellow Marine from a grenade blast. Episode 3, “Calm. Forward. Relentless.”, went up on October 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT. The store page puts the whole idea in six words: “Built through resilience. Forged in valor.” For example, the pack’s own blurb on Activision’s store is a single sentence about resilience, and the page it sits on does not list what a buyer actually gets in the game.

What Activision has not done is spell the pack out. The blog post gives no price and no item list, the store listing describes it in one line, and the company has not said what else is on sale at launch or when another pack arrives. The dates that are set: the Shipment map returns on Tuesday, October 27, and Season 1 opens on Friday, November 6 with the updated Warzone and Ricochet Anti-Cheat, according to our launch report. Our Modern Warfare 4 hub keeps every confirmed date in one place.

A charity bundle is a good look for a launch, but it is not the content drop that changes what you do in your first match, and nothing in it moves the Season 1 calendar. If you are still choosing an edition, our Modern Warfare 4 editions guide answers that; if you want the Endowment’s work to keep running, the Valor Pack is the thing Activision has pointed at so far.
