Edia‘s women-focused game brand MintLip+ officially unveiled its first new otome game today: PROJECT SIGN: Astraea, a crime-investigation romance adventure for Nintendo Switch. The brand opened a teaser site and an official X account on October 13, with the full “materials” reveal set for October 19 at 12:00 JST.

PROJECT SIGN: Astraea is the first of the two Switch otome games MintLip+ announced alongside its September 30, 2025 brand launch. The second, codenamed “Invisible,” has not been formally unveiled yet. The official X icon shows a police badge, and the brand’s first teaser post on October 9 carried the line 「正義を裏切るに値するものは何?」 (“What is worth betraying justice for?”) in both Japanese and English.

Aika Kushijima (久保嶋愛香), who worked on MintLip’s Star Sign and AD-Fresh, is the project’s producer and director. The main scenario is by Ren Mikado (御門蓮), with sub-scenario work from Ryoko Seki (関涼子) and Nui Aono (あおの縫). Marume Shimada handles the chibi art. A character designer and more story details are due with the October 19 drop.

No release date, price, or platform beyond Switch has been announced.

Can you play it in English?

Not announced: the teaser site is Japanese only, and the only English text so far is the bilingual line on the official X account.
