House Flipper 2 is out today on Nintendo Switch 2 for $39.99, with every free content update and the Co-op DLC included alongside a free Sakura DLC pack as a launch bonus, developer Frozen District said.
The Switch 2 version ships with the same content as the existing PC, PlayStation and Xbox releases. Up to four players can clean, repair and renovate houses together in online co-op, and the game supports community mods the same way it does on other platforms. A Scooby-Doo collaboration DLC, packed with hundreds of items from the cartoon and a haunted-mansion build mode, is available separately on the Nintendo eShop for $14.99.
The Kraków-based studio framed the Switch 2 launch as a long-anticipated add, noting that the original House Flipper has sold more than 5 million copies across PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. House Flipper 2 launched on PC in December 2023 and arrived on Xbox and PlayStation later.
A Switch 2 release trailer is live on Frozen District’s channels and the Nintendo eShop listing went live this morning. Frozen District hasn’t announced a physical edition or any platform-specific performance notes.
