Bless You Again, a 3D cel-shaded action roguelite from Tokyo-based studio Gino Inc., just got a free English-supported demo on Steam. Gino released the demo worldwide on October 12, and 4Gamer and Denfaminicogamer were first to cover the launch in Japan this morning; no English outlet has picked it up yet.
In Bless You Again, players control Lily, a magical girl and homunculus who descends into a forest labyrinth in search of the Philosopher’s Stone, accompanied by four elemental spirits (Water, Fire, Wind, Earth). Combat hinges on whacking enemies with a staff to build mana, then firing off spells, a melee-to-magic loop 4Gamer flags as the core of each run. The full game will let you pick from five playable characters; the demo unlocks two and covers about 5% of the full story, starting with the first dungeon “Michibiki no Genshō”. The Steam page still lists the full release as “2026” with no exact date, and Gino has not signaled a console port.
Can you play it in English?
Yes. The Steam page lists English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish (Spain), Korean, and Russian alongside Japanese, with Japanese carrying full audio. PC is the only announced platform, so you’ll need a Windows machine to try the demo.
