Helldivers 2 Scope of Authority Premium Warbond Lands October 20 With Five New Weapons

Helldivers 2 is getting a new Premium Warbond on October 20. The Scope of Authority Warbond is a sniper-themed drop that adds five new weapons, two armors, a new passive, an emote, and a title.

The headliner is the R-40 Sightliner, a bolt-action sniper rifle built for armor piercing at long range. It pairs with the P-44 Mist, a one-handed machine pistol for close-range back-up, and the AMW-20 Apex, a backpack-fed anti-materiel rifle with assisted reload for the bigger targets. For energy-weapon fans, the LAS-44 Nova is the latest in the LAS series, with infinite ammo and a high-precision thermal projectile. The G-11 Caltrops grenade scatters proximity-detonated submunitions to slow and stun groups.

The two new armors lean into the long-shot theme. The SS-33 Mimetic Marshal is a light ghillie suit-style armor with light-diffusing netting and a coordinating Mimetic Mesh cape; the SS-15 Focal Point is a medium armor with adaptive camouflage and a built-in visor, plus the Boundary Banner cape. Both ship with the new Stationary Shroud passive, which reduces weapon sway and detection range when crouched or prone. The bundle also adds the Manual Ballistic Projection emote and the Longshot title.

Like other Premium Warbonds, Scope of Authority requires the base game, Super Credits, and game progression to unlock.
