Eight well-reviewed games just hit prices worth a look, plus two free games on the Epic Store this week. The deep cut here is Hogwarts Legacy at $5.99 on Steam, the lowest it’s been since Warner Bros. dropped it to $4.80 in May 2026. Only one of today’s eight matches its all-time low outright.

Best deals today

  • Hogwarts Legacy: ~~$59.99~~ $5.99 at Steam (-90%). The biggest-budget game on the list by a mile, now within impulse-buy range. Open-world Hogwarts, 144,000+ Very Positive Steam reviews, sits at 83 on Metacritic. No end date in the price feed, so don’t sit on it.
  • Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate: ~~$59.99~~ $8.99 at Steam (-85%). Every fighter, every DLC, the whole 30-plus-character roster plus the Aftermath and Kombat Pack stories. 91 on Metacritic, 88,000+ Very Positive reviews. The cheapest MK11 has been on Steam in a year.
  • Metro 2033 Redux: ~~$19.99~~ $1.99 at GOG (-90%). The 4A Engine original, atmospheric Moscow metro survival shooter. 90 on Metacritic, still the cheapest entry into the Metro series.
  • Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun: ~~$39.99~~ $3.99 at Steam (-90%). Daedalic’s real-time stealth tactics game set in Edo-era Japan, the closest thing to a modern Commandos-style game. 85 on Metacritic, 94% Very Positive on 9,000+ reviews.
  • Homeworld Remastered Collection: ~~$34.99~~ $4.73 at Green Man Gaming (-86%). Both Homeworld 1 and 2 remasters in one package, the definitive version of the 3D space RTS classic. 86 on Metacritic.
  • Injustice 2: ~~$49.99~~ $4.99 at Steam (-90%). NetherRealm’s DC fighter with the loot-driven Multiverse mode. 86 on Metacritic, ideal if you skipped it on console.
  • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition: ~~$19.99~~ $2.99 at GOG (-85%). CD Projekt Red’s middle chapter still holds up at 14 years old, and the Iorweth path is one of the best-written RPG arcs of the 2010s. 88 on Metacritic. A natural follow-up if you grabbed yesterday’s Witcher 3 Remastered deal.
  • Unity of Command II: ~~$29.99~~ $2.99 at Steam (-90%). WWII Western Front turn-based strategy from the 2×2 Games crew. 88 on Metacritic, the most accessible entry in the series.

  • LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight: ~~$69.99~~ $48.99 at Steam (-30%). 30% off a brand-new full-price LEGO game is the publisher’s standard launch discount, not a real cut. The game earned a 71 on Metacritic, and Steam user reviews are Mixed. Wait for a 50%-off sale or a deeper Warner Bros. publisher cut, which usually lands within a month of launch.

Price context

CheapShark tracks each game’s all-time low. Here’s how today’s prices stack up:

Unity of Command II is the only one matching its historical low, and Hogwarts Legacy is the only one within shouting distance of one. The rest are good cuts, but not the bottom.
