Marvel Rivals is adding three character costumes on October 22, 2026, NetEase confirmed today via the official @MarvelRivals account.

The lineup, per a single official announcement post plus a follow-up centered on Black Cat:

  • Black Cat’s Fatal Weaver: her first costume since she joined the Marvel Rivals roster. Per the official post, this is her Season 10 debut skin.
  • Elsa Bloodstone’s Gothic Huntress: a vampire-huntress-flavored skin for the monster hunter.
  • Jeff the Land Shark’s Sharknos: a costume that leans into Jeff’s meme status with a “Sharknos” gag name.

A second post later in the day highlighted Black Cat alone, with the same 7 PM PT timing and the line “snip, and someone’s thread is done.”

All three drop at 7 PM PT on October 22, the same hour NetEase has used for prior costume bundles in 2026. PT is Pacific Time. The western US is on PDT (Pacific Daylight Time, UTC−7) until the first Sunday of November, so the 7 PM translates one-for-one to the local clock.

Translated to other zones:

  • US Eastern (EDT, October 22): 10:00 PM
  • US Central (CDT, October 22): 9:00 PM
  • UK (BST, until Sunday October 25): 3:00 AM, October 23
  • Central Europe (CEST, October 23): 4:00 AM
  • Japan (JST, October 23): 11:00 AM
  • Australia East (AEDT, October 23): 1:00 PM

For players outside the US, the unlock lands very early in the morning of October 23, which makes the cost-of-staying-up trade-off real for EU and UK mains of Black Cat. Australia East sees it land mid-afternoon.

Putting Black Cat on the lead banner is a deliberate choice. She was a launch roster hero with no cosmetic beyond recolor variants until now, so the mains have had nothing to spend on. The trio also covers three of Marvel Rivals’ strongest player archetypes: a flanker (Black Cat), a duelist (Elsa Bloodstone), and a meme-support pick (Jeff). The visual variety is broader than a single-faction drop. Pricing for the individual costumes and any October 22 bundle hasn’t been confirmed by Marvel Rivals yet. The studio has used both single-cosmetics-sale and three-pack formats during 2026, so check the in-game store when the timer hits zero. Past NetEase costume drops have typically run in pairs of singles plus a discounted three-pack option once a season lands. Community sentiment on the reveal (drawn from social-media reply patterns on X) trended positive on Elsa Bloodstone and Jeff, mixed-to-negative on Black Cat’s Fatal Weaver. That pattern tracks with how NetEase’s “first costume ever” reveals tend to draw louder criticism than follow-ups.

For context, this is the studio’s second consecutive costume-driven Tuesday of news following the Marvel Rivals 365-day chat ban confirmation on October 16.
